I have a Cannon Rebel XT and I am fairly new at photography and I am trying to do some portrait photos and need a good flash. Currently all I have is the built in flash which seems to be grossly underpowered of course. Any helpful suggestions is greatly appreciated.I appreciate the recommendation. Thanksi can definitely recommend the 430ex, it's surprisingly powerful and exposes perfectly for me every time, no matter what kind of bounce i use.The best one for that camera is the Canon 580 EX.
