March 18th, 2010It was sad to see Japan lose to Colombia. I really enjoyed watching Japan play.

Tell the Colombian players the CC doesnt mean anything. Did you see how much they celebrated after scoring against Japan?

What a horrible loser you are, the US had a good run at the WC, and they deserved the credit they got back then, cause they didn't do anything at this tourney. I bet you that if had been any of the US players (Like Donovan) celebrating like that, you wouldn't have said anything. Calm down dude, the guy was happy, and they had reason to be. Hopefully this will be a learning experience for Arena. We'll see what they do at the Gold Cup.
Its supposed to mean :
"Who said the CC isnt worth anything? ...did you see how much the Colombians celebrated...that shows you that the CC IS worth something in the players minds!"
Sorry for the confusion but I WASNT putting down the CC or Colombia.
And the CC does mean something because it gathers all the continent Champs, its no WC but its something.So the Colombian player(G.Hernandez) was celebrating like that because there proving there better than what pplz tought they were and there showing it. Now a final Colombia vs. France its a good one..
look at it this way, they are players proud of representing their countries, and I agree with you, whenever a NT plays at a Cup or whatever, they should take it seriously. The US goal was celebrated too. all goals should be celebrated. when I played, that was my number one goal (no pun intended) but I always hit the post. 3 shots on goal and 3 posts......that was bad luck.
