I plan on flying and i need some help?

  • well it doesnt state this anywhere but if your 17 and you want to buy a plane ticket do would you be able to? if not would someone who's not your guardian be able to?


  • Basically, it depends on the airline. There's a few airlines such as Southwest that sell gift cards through various sources such as, HEB, Wal-Mart, etc.

    Southwest will you let you pay for the cost of your ticket with giftcards, (or PayPal) so if you don't have a credit card, find a store that sells gift cards. Failing that, you could try going to a travel agent (in person)

    Lastly, you could always find a store that sells re-loadable debit cards under the Visa or Mastercard label. Initial & reload fees vary, so do a little legwork first.


  • You cant buy it if you dont have a credit card, if not whoever is paying can get you the ticket. Check with the airline.


  • it depends on the airline, cheek before you try to book the ticket,just to cheek it would be very embarassing if you couldnt buy one.

    you could go into the aiport and ask around at the coustomer help desks to see whish let you but one.
