I need ideas for a customer appreciation evening, kind of a meet and greet. Thanks?

  • Depending upon your customers and budget, a suggestion would be a place that is more appealing to any and everyone since you can't please all of the people all of the time.

Also suggest having some type of food along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

The food should be varied because you don't always know what people dietary restrictions may be. It's best to keep the fare light and inexpensive unless you're trying to impress. Finger foods and vegetable platters are a good starter. If you plan to have a dinner, then one can't go wrong with a chicken and/or fish dish.

It's all subjective, but this would give you a good start.

As an extra bonus, you could also have a raffle drawing of some sort with items directed towards your company (i.e. stress balls, pens, pads, etc., with your company name and logo on them). This is a great marketing tool and keeps your company in close proximity with your customers at all times.

Please remember don't get drunk at the event, because no matter how good of a time you may have, your customers will always remember that - and that may put some people off.

    Bonne chance!
