How to lose 30 pounds in 2 months?
January 8th, 2009Breakfast - 2 egg whites and a low carb/sugar control yogurt
Lunch - grilled chicken breast on fresh spinage with shredded cheese and salad spritzers for dressing
Snack - 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese or protein bar or fresh veggies (carrots, celery, broccoli)
Dinner - Sensible piece of low fat meat, green leafy vegetables and a glass of skim milk
In addition to this I drink between 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, no pop and no alcoholic beverages.
I also have introduced exercise as a part of my plan. I typically do 60 minutes of cardio exercise a day (6 days a week) and go to they gym 3 days a week to run on the treadmill or elliptical machine for 1 hour.
I would recommend to eliminate all unnecessary excess fats and starches from your diet. Eat healthy proetins, veggies and healthy carbs (whole wheat bread and brown rice). Also with dieting you can not forget proper sleep. Most doctors recommend 8 hrs a night, but to many people this is not possible, at the very least try for 6 hrs a night.

You got to use it 5-6 times a week, 45-50 minutes each time. Start by just walking, but the real deal is in jogging. Even if you can just muster up 2 mins to begin with, thats fine.... just work on increasing this.
Foods like, cereal, tuna, lots of greens, salads, no oil just lemon, fish are the types of things you should be eating.
Keep away from breads, potatoes and rice.
