I need help! first dance no idea! any help?!!!?

  • Ok im having my first dance of my life =)
    I really need help on what to wear, how to wear my hair, and how to wear my make up! =)
    Ok so what to wear its a casual ahlloween kinda dance and i just need some suggestions and i dont own hollister or anyhting so
    Ok i have darker bron hair slightly wavy and can get really wavy i have think longer bangs caz i need a hairbut lol but its shoulder length but a little longer
    Last i need a natural yet noticible make up that looks ok

    So if u have any suggestions that would be great

  • Okay sounds like fun! Um, I would suggest gor you to get it frizzy by like crimping it and brushing it in dofferent directions... since it is a halloween dance. also if you can get temporary dye you can do that too.

    However if you just want casual wear, why dont you wear like skinny jeans and try flat ironing your hair!

  • is it a costume party? that would be good to know, but maybe try a white with black, black, or funky orange dress with co-ordinating makeup. white, turquoise or orange.


  • This is assuming you're not going in costume:

    It's better to be over dressed than under dressed. A knee length black skirt or black slacks with dress shoes will work. Pick a blouse that you personally like and looks good, not too dressy, but have fun with it. Chances are there will be pictures.

    A little blush and mascara can go a long way. Try pulling the bangs back for a new and glamorous look. Curl the hair and pin most of it up, letting some curling strands hang down around the back.

    Hey, you heard it from the girl who did her own hair, make up and sported a $15.00 to prom and was crowned prom queen! Have fun!
