Well, I love to sing and act, but I don't know how to become one when I am older, cause right now I am only 11 years old. If you could help that would be great!!!!!!!!!The other answers are good. One thing is to consider your goal. Do you want to be a famous singer or do you want to be a professional singer? The same for acting; do you want to be a movie star or a working actor? I'm a professional singer. I work 4 to 5 nights a week, make a great living without having a day job, but I'm not famous. I did realize my dream though of being a working musician and you can too. The most basic thing you have to do now is develop your voice. There are many possibilities for a working singer once you are older. Once you get in a circle of other musicians, you'll hear about jobs and opportunities for you, so don't worry too much about that. Good luck to you. You need a voice teacher to start with and get evaluated to see if your dream has a chance of coming true...........
The rest, go to a school that is for the performing arts..........there are a lot of them.
good luck.....there are two methods i'll mention.
one would be to find a manager or agent using a search engine to find one in your area.
or a different solution would be to start or join a band and to singer, play anywhere and everywhere, build a local following, set up and play shows in neighboring cities, meet enough people to set up a tour.
but you're 11 so you have plenty of time to do more important things, like training your voice, getting an education, and being a kid.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
