Im jealous of my brother what Should i do?
March 17th, 2010Im 16 and my brother is 19
I Used to be Short and Pretty Thin
and i don't have bad eating habits
and my brother has always been Skinny
but he ate alot ,alot of fast food and didn't exercise yet remained skinny and hasn't even changed he pants size or t shirt size
he always been the same
he ate more than me and i was the one who got chubbier
its like i was gaining his weight for him
how ever now i got Taller Than My brother and the Rest of my family and i got thicker as well
What happened ?
some of friends and family say metabolism has something to do with it saying my brothers is fast and mines is slow
i dint know what to do
i always feel Like Im being compared to him
everyone Likes him more and
Girls will Talk About Him To me saying he So cute and I Feel like sometimes things are handed to him on a sliver platter while i have to work for things
i dont like my body,im Not comfortable with it
My Chest is wide,My Stomach isnt big but ihave Love handles
and my neck and face are lacking Shape
i used to like the way i looked In middel school and now im in high school
i dont wanna stay uncomfortable with my looks and stay the same throughtout the years
What Can I do.Losing weight is a hard Option for me
but im willing to try for myself
and as for confidence i lack alot of it
