I watched this Stoner film in australia 2003,it was rented from blockbuster video.The main characters were two teenage white dudes,the basic plot was them trying to score some pot, at one point they break into a shop for munchies,get stuck in the shop and the shop starts to flood,so they have to call there Hi-Tek friend to get them out,who drops a dingy through the roof.lol. they also encounter an old school teacher turned pot dealer wearing some mad robe?lol, at one point, two girls they recognize in a club,but had never spoke to before,cling on to them in hope of smoking some pot...
I watched it in Australia so it could be australian,american,canadian? but definitely not english.
