How do i grow my layers out.?

i have long hair already but i got short layers and it makes my hair look like i have alot od split ends and stuff witch is weird cause i dont at all cause i dont straighten my hair its allready straight and such but yea how can i grow them out really fast, like in the next 2weeks to a mounth?

another question, how do i grow my eyelashes?

You CAN'T, you just have to sit and wait...but let me tell you, it aint gonna happen in the next 2 weeks to a month and if people had the knowledge how to make hair grow that fast they'd be marketing and selling it and not sitting on yahoo answers giving it away for free!!!!

just dont cut your hair until they grow out haha

To grow your layers out fast the easiest thing would to be to cut your hair to the shortest layer. That would eliminate the waiting game. However, depending on how short your shortest layer is you may not want to go that short. You can always cut it to the second or third layer and eliminate a lot that way also. I usually just wait for them to grow out themselves if I no longer want them. As for growing out your eyelashes...I have not a clue. I don't think that is something that you have any control over. Fake eyelashes work wonders and are simple to apply. They have the hollywood length ones but they also have to normal every day length so no one will be able to tell they are fake.
