I've been trying to get them, but I think the only way you can is by joining Team Jonas, but you have to pay a membership fee! But I guess it's worth it though - you get things from them and a chance to buy tickets to concerts before they go on sale to the public etc.etc.
hope this helps, and good luck!There's a competition on team jonas to win meet and greet tickets for the concert, but you have to be a member to enter the comp. To become a member it costs something like £17.
