Is it just me or are fewer people(fewer posts?) posting here than before the change in this website?
I accessed the old forum through the old website and when that link stopped working I didn't know that you had to get here via www.ridgid.com. (http://www.ridgid.com.)
And, when you go to www.ridgid.com (http://www.ridgid.com) shop talk is not obviously accessable. It is not obvious to get to shop talk by "support". While ridgid management might not want a shop talk link on the main page, so you have to look at it, it is the user friendly way to go.
Ridgid management should let their web people manage the site, from what I can tell the web people know what they are doing and management does not.
