How come only atheists get shti for not believing in the christian god?

  • last time I checked, there are plenty of other people who dont believe in the christian god either(hindus, buddhists, jews, muslims, etc)

    and just to be fair, how come us atheists only give christians isht for their beliefs when there are other religions that also have wacky ideas?


  • There is only one God, and Awesome God does not belong to the hypocritical, delusional, misinformed christians.

    God is Love, Love is God.
    Trust Love.
    Peace, love, calm and positivity to all.


  • There always has to be an "other" to hate. But I would say satanists are top of the christian hit list even though they seem to have the same theology just on different sides. Followed by witches or wiccans or pagans. Then maybe atheists, then agnostics, then maybe christian scientists.

    Maybe few people admit to the top 2 groups so atheists are easier to find. To be a really good athiest though you really need to have read the bible. If you go by current scientific theory it is rather easy to arm yourself with rebuttals to most christian retorts and can even be rather fun. Think of it as debating practice.

  • You claim to not like being hassled for being atheist, yet you think it is okay to disparage religion. So you are really no better than the people you stand against, and that is very hypocritical of you. You have to understand that not every person thinks the way you do and, as a presumably responsible adult, you have to respect their decision to follow their religion just as you expect people to respect your un-belief in God and other deities. It goes two ways. If you give respect, it will be returned to you.

    I think it would behoove you to try practicing more tolerance for other people's beliefs. Ideals like yours only serve to spread intolerance, ignorance, and stupidity. You should try having a more open mind about things and see them for what they really are instead of making silly assumptions and spreading disparaging speech.

  • Firstly Christians oppose all who think differently but their faith is so weak that they are terrified of atheists which is why they attack them constantly!!

    That is why they in turn get attacked back and not the other religions!!

    They need to recognize that Christians are provoking retaliation and repudiation for their terrible attitudes?!!

    Perhaps if Christians stopped their intolerant, egotistical, hate filled and bigoted postings things might change!!

    Perhaps if Christians stopped eschewing education, science, evolution works of fiction and much, much more things might change!!

    Perhaps if Christians stopped being the only religion opposing human rights and persecuting gays, pro choice and so much more things might change!!

    Perhaps if Christians stopped demanding freedom of religion whilst they deny it to all non Christians and persecute them things might change!! !!!

    If Christians rediscovered the god of love and forgiveness and put aside all those terrible human emotions things would definitely change!!!!

    have you even bothered to read the answers given by christians on pagan questions? it's the same answer they give you guys: your wrong i'm right, convert or go to hell.

    And atheists give pagans a hard time to, what? the christians cant even prove there's one god and you nuts wantta say there's more then one god? give me a break.

    so everyone gives everyone else a hard time instead of just respecting a person's CHOICE of what they want to believe.

  • You get to complain when there is a group called Atheists for Jesus. Sorry, hard to not smile about that.

    Jews are the prime target for Christians. Why can't we see that Jesus is G-d the son. The fact is to Jews, the Christians are polytheists.
    The Jewish G-d does not take human form and is not three parts.

    Now I know atheists believe in one thing, no G-d. That is fine. I have no problem with that. I hate anyone who tries to force their views on you.


  • Last time I checked Jews were persecuted by Christians for the last two millennia. Only recently has it become non-PC for them to do it.

    Add to the list Muslims, pagans, homosexuals, humanists etc...

    And to be fair, I highlight the intolerance and bigotry regularly demonstrated by the teachings and practice of both Christians and Muslims.
