On a Compaq Evo N800v notebook running a Synoptics Touchpad driver, the user would like to highlight and move or copy slides from one area to another by using the tap on the touchpad and is not able to do this. Is this a setting on the touchpad properties (which I could not find) or just not available in any MS Office program.
Thanks for the help.I would think that if the user were in slide sorter view, they would be able to do this with thier touchpad in the same manner as with a mouse: click and hold teh slide to move, then drag it to the new location.
If this isn't working, reply with what version of PPT and what OS and I;ll do more research into the subject.The OS is Windows XP with SP1 and the Powerpoint version is Office 2002 with SP2.
