Is a charge of VTL 509.1 and VTL 511.1A deemed to be a misdemeanor?Dear moomjy-ga;
Thank you for allowing me to answer your interesting question.
According to the State of New York?s Division of Criminal Justice

Law 509.1) and ?Aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle
in the third degree? (Vehicle & Traffic Law 511.1A) are both deemed
misdemeanors in the State of New York.

reason to know) that their driving privileges have been terminated
