Leaving a shared flat?
March 14th, 2010ps. I wouldn't mention the real reason you are moving out to any potential tenants!
read the contract to see if there is an early release clause.
but otherwise any signed document is legal and binding.
i know its not want you want to hear.
why is it not working out, are they being noisy, etc if so this may be a way out, if its effecting your health.
But check to see what the contract/lease says first
You could see if you are allowed to sublet and find someone to take your spot (if you can--the subleasee will pay you your deposit and they will be able to claim what you put down when they leave). or you could see if the girls are willing to sign a new lease without your name on it (you would be responsible for any fees associated with this lease change since you're the one who wants to leave, so you would probably lose your deposit to the fees)
the easiest way would be the sublet route. You're out, you have someone taking your place and when the lease is up if they do a new one you won't be on it.
here u can find flat shares in london
